Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to every order placed with ETERNAL through this online shop and its mobile app. Please read them before you order. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1. Who we are
This shop is operated by ETERNAL.
- Address: Lebanon
You can also write to us from the contact page.
2. Your account and its security
You can order as a guest or create a customer account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Keep your password private and do not share your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.
Before the first order from an account, you must verify your email address or sign in with Google or Apple.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. Verification codes
To protect you and us against fraudulent orders, we send one-time codes by SMS, and by email when we have your address. Guest orders, new accounts and password resets must be confirmed with such a code.
Never share a code with anyone, including people who say they work for us. Codes expire after a few minutes, and the number of codes sent to one phone number is limited.
4. Prices and currencies
Our prices are set in USD and can also be displayed in LBP and EUR. Amounts in another currency are converted at the exchange rate the store applies at that time.
The total shown when you place your order, in the currency you selected, is the amount you pay, including any delivery fee. Prices and availability can change until your order is placed.
If a price is obviously wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it.
You can order up to 10 units of the same product in one order (some products have their own limit).
5. Orders, acceptance and cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order; you are informed of each change of status.
We review online orders. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer in stock, the details cannot be verified or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid, we refund the amount paid.
- You can cancel your order yourself from your account while it is still waiting for our confirmation. Once we have started preparing it, contact us to ask for a cancellation.
- Card orders that are not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled and the items are released.
6. Payment
You can pay with:
- Cash on delivery: you pay in cash when you receive your order or collect it from the store. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.
- Card: you pay online on the secure payment page of our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
7. Delivery and store pickup
We deliver to the address you give at checkout. The delivery fee is 4 USD, and delivery is free for orders of 100 USD or more. The exact fee is shown before you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure your phone is reachable and that someone can receive the order.
You can also collect your order from our store (Lebanon) once we tell you it is ready. Bring your order number.
You become the owner of the products, and responsible for them, when they are handed over to you.
8. Returns and refunds
You can ask to return items within 14 days of delivery, from the order page in your account or by contacting us.
We accept returns for any reason, including when you have changed your mind, as long as the item is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened (for example cosmetics or underwear) can be returned only if they are faulty.
After we receive and check the returned items, we refund the amount you paid for them: card payments to the same card, cash payments in cash. The delivery fee may also be refunded, for example when the return is due to our error. Loyalty points earned on refunded items are removed.
9. Warranty
If a product has a defect, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the problem. Any warranty offered for a product is stated on its page or on its packaging.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or normal wear. Your legal rights regarding defective products under Lebanese law are not affected.
10. Loyalty points
Customers with an account earn 1 point for every 1 USD spent on products (after discounts; delivery fees do not earn points). Points are added once the order has been delivered and paid.
You can use your points to pay part of an order: one point is worth 0.01 USD, from 100 points per order and up to 30% of the products total.
Points have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold. Points spent on an order that is cancelled are given back; points earned on items that are returned or refunded are removed. Points do not currently expire.
We may change or end the loyalty programme. Changes are published on this page.
11. Fraud prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we check orders for signs of fraud. We may ask for extra verification, hold an order for review, or refuse it. Phone numbers, addresses or connections used for fraudulent or abusive orders may be blocked.
If cash-on-delivery orders are refused at delivery 2 times, we may ask you to pay by card for your next orders.
12. Personal data
We use your personal data (name, phone number, email, delivery addresses and order history) to process and deliver your orders, run your account and send you verification codes and order updates. We send offers only if you agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Personal data is stored encrypted and is shared only with the service providers we need to run the shop, such as delivery, payment, SMS and email providers.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us, and delete your account at any time.
13. Intellectual property
The content of this shop (texts, photos, logos and design) belongs to ETERNAL or to its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14. Limitation of liability
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and sizes on screen may differ slightly from the real product.
To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as road closures, strikes, power cuts or network outages). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, including Law No. 81 of 10 October 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data and the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 659 of 2005). If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when our services, our settings or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
